Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The running time can be calculated as follows:
AC Output Runtime = Battery Capacity x Depth of Discharge x Inverter Efficiency ÷ Device Power Rating.
For example, if the R600 is used to power a 25W desk lamp, the runtime is: 299 Wh x 86% x 80% ÷ 25W ≈ 8 hours.

Or calculate here how long power plants with different capacities can supply your system.

DC Output Runtime = Battery Capacity x Depth of Discharge ÷ Device Power Rating.
For example, if the R600 is used to power a 20W phone, the runtime is 299Wh x 86% ÷ 20W ≈ 12.8 times.

The above date is for reference ONLY, please note that the formula is NOT suitable for inductive loads with compressors such as refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.

The R600 has a 600W AC output (1200W peak), allowing you to power devices with a nominal power of up to 600W and a peak power of up to 1200W.

The R600 has an XT60 connector for solar input. You can use a 12~60V 8.8A solar panel for charging. The R600 accepts a maximum of 220W solar input. Recommended panels are ALLPOWERS SP027 - 100W, SP029 - 140W, SP033 - 200W, SP035 - 200W with monocrystalline cells, SF100 - 100W flexible and SF200 - 200W flexible.

Yes, you can charge the R600 with a 12V/24V car cigarette lighter. You will need a cigarette lighter to XT60 cable.

CPAP machines typically use 60W-90W, depending on the model. With a maximum AC output of 600W, the R600 can power CPAP machines. For an overnight continuous runtime, we recommend using the larger R1500 Power Station.

Great service, device works!

The power station had loose parts inside when it was delivered. The solar panel was delivered without a suitable cable for the power station. After contacting customer service, everything was sorted out in no time to my complete satisfaction. All components now work perfectly.

That was the right decision

A uniquely good offer combined with solar panels and free shipping, even abroad. The packaging is super good and the product, which is what it's all about, meets all our needs. In addition, contact via email was quick and satisfactory.

Delivery was very fast, the product seems to be of high quality. It will be properly tested in June.

So far looks good.

good solar generator with mediocre panels

A total of 4 partial deliveries, extra trips to the packing station, post office... that was annoying and time-consuming; the first test failed because the cable wasn't included, but it was delivered promptly and without any problems when asked. While the roof PV delivers record values, the 200W modules only managed a maximum of 145 watts at midday without shade; so charging the generator from 10% to 100% took the whole day, but at least; that's enough for me. I was then able to charge the e-bike, smartphone, headset, tablet, cordless handheld vacuum cleaner, small power bank, etc. with one charge of the solar generator; what didn't work (as expected) was the kettle, despite setting it to 60%; but the generator switched off and without the kettle it could be switched back on without any problem. The wireless smartphone charging is also cool - what is missing is the charging option for Apple Watch (but it works via their charging cable on the USB-C plug); However, the wireless smartphone charging system lacks a magnetic holder. When I want to use the device in the center console of the Multivan to charge my cell phone, it keeps slipping away; I'm sure there's a better way to solve this. Overall, a great solution for the price; I'm also thinking about using it as a UPS for the monitor in the office (the rest is already connected to a UPS) and only using it for its actual function when I'm traveling.

Great combination

The power station makes a good impression, the performance corresponds to the specifications and expectations. Charging the battery on a day with veils of clouds blocking the sun worked well with an average of 125 W. The battery was quickly full again.
All ports work and the capacity is easily enough to fully charge the laptop (MacBook Pro M3 Pro) twice.
The only drawback: you have to find a YouTube video to find out how to activate/deactivate Bluetooth - the description is spartan and the translation is not always good. Hence 1 point deduction.
